I gotta say, the staff were unbelievable, especially Janice at reception, she just lights up the place like nothing else. We were welcomed with such warmth it felt like home, and when I asked for a quieter room, they sorted it without missing a beat.
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it still felt justifiable for the service we received.

Great staff with cozy vibes!
Had a fab time! The staff were super friendly, especially Janice who helped me when I was a bit under the weather. She made me a honey and lemon drink that really helped. Room was cozy—great view of the parade ring! Only thing was the breakfast didn't quite live up to the hype, but overall, it was a nice stay.

I really enjoyed the cozy room that felt fresh and clean, and the hearty breakfast was a perfect start to my day. After a busy day, relaxing by the pool and unwinding in the chill lounge area was just what I needed. One small thing to note is the minor limescale on the bathroom taps, but it didn’t take away from my overall awesome experience! 🌟

Comfortable bedding made sleep easier.
I had some unfortunate experiences during my stay. The shower temperature was inconsistent, making it frustrating to use. I was disturbed early in the morning by loud deliveries outside my window, which completely ruined my chance for a good rest. To top it off, there were mould spots in the bathroom, which was unacceptable for the price I paid.

Excellent location with friendly staff
The hotel’s location right next to the racecourse was perfect for our trip, allowing us easy access to the events. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the races. Breakfast was ample with a variety of options, ensuring we started our days off right. the dining prices felt a bit on the higher side compared to the quality of some meals.

Exceptional Stay with Impeccable Service!
What a delightful experience! The staff greeted us with warmth, and the room offered breathtaking views of the parade ring. We relished a fantastic dinner in the nearby restaurant—those steaks were some of the best I've ever had! Tip, Book your dining in advance for a great waterfront view!

I had a pretty decent stay at Holiday Inn in Wolverhampton. The staff stood out. they were really friendly and very accommodating. My room was spotless, and the bed felt comfortable after a long day. Breakfast offered a good selection, with options for everyone, though I was disappointed that some items took too long to replenish during peak hours. The location is excellent, right by the racecourse, which I enjoyed. I could easily catch a bus to the town center, saving me time. I experienced some noise disruptions due to an event near my room. Stray sounds late at night affected my sleep. the TV in my room seemed outdated and too small for the space. I think they could improve the breakfast service flow to avoid the rush and enhance the overall experience. the hotel was quite good but could use a few upgrades to make it even better.

The open-air parking was super convenient, and the view from the room was excellent. The place felt safe, and the atmosphere was chill. Definitely enjoyed the clean environment and the lovely room. Plus, they even made vegetarian sausages just for us!

Breakfast was a treat! The pancakes were fluffy and the beans bangin’! Plus, the bar served a wicked cider that had me coming back for more. the location was spot on for a quick taxi ride to the town centre, just a ten-minute jaunt away!
We were chucked in a disabled room that just felt damp and sad. Asked to switch, but apparently, all the other rooms were booked, which really put a damper on our vibes. Pay the same as mates but got a soggy experience—nah.
